I took my car in that had some vandalism on one side, dings from parking lots as well as sunburn with the clear coat peeling in multiple places. While working with the insurance company, Newcastle was able to exceed expectations. All along I had planned to address the sunburn issue in addition to what the insurance was covering. They were able to remove almost all of the road wear for the past 10 years. Except for the shape of the tail lights. I see the car I bought 10 years ago. The office staff is exceptional to work with, easy to communicate with, and works well with the insurance companies. I would recommend this company for big and small jobs.
